Information
 According
to ancient Hindu writings "Jati was where the first
Hindu priest and sacred white buffalo arrived in Bali
from Java". Since this time Jati is revered as
a sacred place safe from the outside world.
Bali's premier Health and Wellbeing Spa Retreat, Bagus
Jati, is set in 5 hectares of hillside gardens amongst
lush tropical forests in the mountains of Ubud, Bali.
8 circular deluxe spa villas, each with private spa
facilities, 10 square superior villas with wide windows
and western comfort, plus a complete health and wellbeing
centre, organic gardens and gourmet restaurant, offer
the guest the true spirit and grace of Asian inspired
traditional healing.
Created with a vision to bring health and vitality into
the lives of people around the world, who need to take
time away from the everyday stress of daily life, to
learn a better way of life through “lifestyle training”.

Pilate's, Yoga, stress relief, Antiaging programs, nature
trekking and healthy cooking workshops.
Each of the 8 exquisitely furnished spa villas is equipped
with private jacuzzi and spa treatment facilities. From
within their private sanctuary, guests can enjoy uninterrupted
views of mountains, valleys and lush tropical flora
and fauna.
The earth here blossoms with indigenous fruits of papaya,
bananas, coconuts and mangoes as well as organic vegetables
and herbs, many of which are used in our spa treatments
for medicinal healing as well as for our freshly prepared
spa cuisine.

Villas
Set in 5 hectares of hillside gardens amongst lush tropical

8 Deluxe Spa Villas and 10 Superior Villas offers the

healing.
Each of the 8 luxury spa villas is equipped with private
jacuzzi and spa treatment facilities. Fom within each
villa guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of mountains,
valleys and lush tropical flora and fauna.
 This
facility was master planned in a circular style, based
upon early primitive village dwellings and the chakra
principle concerning energy flow. Our executive chef
upon request will prepare breakfast on the balcony or
a romantic dinner for two.
Guests can relax here in absolute privacy knowing that
no one will be knocking at your door, unless of course
its room service.
Facilities
Rest in your villa with in-room dining or meander through
the beautiful gardens to the elegant evening restaurant
with sumptuous leather and teak furnishings and a central
open fireplace to warm those cool mountain evenings.
 Overlooking
our spring water pool are deluxe tropical spa pavilions
and secluded water gardens.
A fully equipped fitness center with cardiovascular
machines, aerobics, weight training for general fitness
assessment.
Our Yoga and Meditation pavilion is an inspirational
space, built with a sprung timber floor the circular
structure stands within giant bamboo forest. Guests
can listen to the soothing sounds of the waterfall below
as they experience the benefits of contemplation and
physical renewal through yoga.
Spa and massage rituals are available from Ayurveda,
to traditional Javanese flower baths along with hydrotherapy
treatments, Vichy Showers, Herbal Steam, Mud Wraps and
marine theme treatments.

and anti aging treatments, cell renewal and detoxification
therapies.
Therapists at Jati have been professionally trained
by internationally qualified doctors and body workers.
Bagus Jati furthermore provides a free shuttle service
to downtown Ubud at scheduled times, and the resort
comprises a Library Lounge where guests can immerse
in the peaceful and quiet surroundings.
