on the edge of a massive volcanic caldera, looking out
over the smoking volcano Mt. Batur, and its deep crater
lake.

the base of the volcano, the Tirta Sanjiwani hot springs
offer an olympic sized tepid pool and two large hot
spring-fed pools. Individual spa pavillions can be reserved
for those who prefer privacy. After climbing the mountain,
a plunge in the hot mineral springs is all you need
to feel totally rejuvenated.
